When the news was announced that her favorite partner would be whisked away, Lucie did not appear impressed, but Joe was momentarily left without a competitor in the villa.

Viewers noticed his relief quickly, with one posting on Twitter: "The face of Joe was so smug when Tommy was selected. Another wrote: "I loved the face of Joe towards the end."

Sherif Lanre, meanwhile, confronted Anton Danyluk over Anna Vakili's rival endeavors.

Amber Gill was drafted to assist the scheme of Anton to win over Anna, placing the Scotsman in a good word.

Following the advances of Anton, Sherif took him to one side and told other contestants that he was not "competitive."

Amber also made it clear to Joe that she was "no-one's second best–the second option of no-one."

She added in her jealousy that Joe had behaved like a "kid."

In the latest episode of the reality show, Curtis Pritchard and Amy Hart shared a bed and a kiss.
